On daily basis drink maximum water, as recommended by doctors that 08 (eight) drinking water a day is necessary, you may drink more than 08 (eight) glasses but if you can’t you should drink eight (08) drinking water glass a day. Additional we recommend that you should eat fruits and vegetables in rich quantity those have water on daily basis. Fruits those have much quantity of water are as fellow: watermelon, cucumber, orange, strawberry, grapes and many more, or as available in your area.
